One of my biggest pet peeves is when someone says “it’s not my job”. I absolutely hate that statement. If you work for the same company, or for a common cause, unless you are way too busy, or you don’t know how to do a particular job, it IS your job! Otherwise, you’d better start looking for another job.

At Disney, this is unheard of. Even if someone doesn’t know exactly how to help a guest with a question, the employee will personally bring them to someone who could help.

I don’t ever want someone on my team who makes such a statement. It tells a lot about a person’s character.
